TERMS & CONDITIONS

WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT:

  •  Processing orders will be 3-5 BUSINESS days, Monday-Friday. All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm PST, will be shipped the following Monday.Once your order is shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking info to be updated, as the postal service sometimes is delayed.
     

  • Shipping will be Priority Mail 3-5 days with USPS. USPS Priority is NOT a guarantee of delivery time per USPS, only an estimate. For any issues please contact your local USPS office. 

  • *****UPDATE***** USPS announced, beginning October 3, 2021 through December 26, 2021, it will temporarily increase prices on all domestic packages because of the holiday season as well as an increased delivery time.​ Please keep in mind that USPS shipping time is something out of our control.

  • There will be no add-ons to orders, no combining orders, and no substitutions after your order has been placed. Make sure you add everything in your cart before checking out.

  • Please make sure you are shipping products to a safe location, as we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please make sure to double check that you are entering the correct address during checkout. There will be ABSOLUTELY no address changes once an order is placed. This is for our protection as well as yours.

  • If there is an error in address:

    • And order has been shipped, you can contact the postal office, USPS and intercept the package at your own expense. 

    • And order has not been shipped, your order will be cancelled and refunded. You will have to place a new order with the correct address.

  • If USPS is unable to change the address, and they ship it back to me, an additional shipping fee will be added for re-mailing. If we CAN NOT reach you, a refund and cancellation will be issued (minus shipping and restocking fee). See: Return Policy. I will not provide any type of refund until returned package is received.

IF A PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED AND YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT:

  1. ​Wait a few days, sometimes USPS marks packages delivered when they are busy and they show up in a few days.

  2. First contact USPS if it's been 3-4 days with no delivery. Then contact us at theGlitterShoppe@att.net to let us know and we will look into it for you.

  3. Original Six Designs DBA the Glitter Shoppe is NOT responsible for the USPS actions, delays, and/or lost packages.

DISCLAIMER: 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is received by USPS, it is out of my hands. Any questions or concerns regarding your package should be directed to USPS customer service line at 1-800-ASK-USPS. You will have to file a claim with USPS if something is lost or stolen. We are not responsible and will not be refunding any missing items once your tracking number shows delivered. 

GLITTER AND TUMBLERS

BY PURCHASING GLITTER AND/OR A TUMBLER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to the fact that glitter is almost impossible to get rid of.

  • All items that are handmade, are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect

  • Once purchased, customer also agrees that it will be the customer's responsibility to use the product correctly once in their hands. Glitters and some tumblers are not intended for children. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.

  • We cannot guarantee ZERO cross contamination of glitters, although we work very hard to prevent this.

  • Our Stainless Steel tumblers are not sealed with epoxy. We use an epoxy-free product called Crystalac. This product can be gently used in 7 days, but it will take 30 days to fully cure and harden.

  • TUMBLER CARE:
    --PLEASE DO NOT DROP!!! Treat like you would treat a glass cup.
    --Do not soak in water, scrub with Brillo pad, place in dishwasher or in microwave. And do not leave in a hot car. 

    ****HAND WASH ONLY****

  • Tumblers are not to be placed in DISHWASHER OR LEFT IN SITTING OR SOAKING IN WATER! Doing so will cause cracks and discoloration.

  • Refunds and exchanges will NOT be processed because of buyer's misuse. 

 

DISCLAIMER:

  • Photos are taken and edited to represent as best as possible the true colors of the product in person.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our shop. Due to the multiple variations of screens, monitors, and lighting sources, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL--No refunds/exchanges are offered. Buyer assumes all responsibility for products once purchased and shipped. 

  2. Refunds and exchanges WILL NOT be processed due to buyer's misuse.

  3. ONLY EXCEPTION--Any packages returned by USPS due to being undeliverable will be refunded the order amount MINUS the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Orders can be canceled by Original Six Designs DBA the Glitter Shoppe at any time before processing, especially if fraud is suspected or discount codes are used inappropriately.

  4. If there is any problem with your order, caused by an error on my part, you have 24 hours to contact us via email at theGlitterShoppe@att.net, send pictures if possible, and we will go through any issues together.

  5. Original Six Designs DBA the Glitter Shoppe will not be responsible and will not replace or refund damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

  • Is glitter sold in bags or bottles?
    Glitter is sold in 2oz. increment bags.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. We ship only to all 50 states in the U.S.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    At the moment, I do not offer that service.
  • What is the best way to contact you?
    The best way to contact me is through email, theGlitterShoppe@att.net. I will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.
  • Do you allow add-ons or changes once the order is placed?
    We currently do not allow add-ons or changes to orders once they have been processed. You would have to place a new order.
