SHIPPING POLICY​

PROCESSING TIME--Allow 1-3 business days processing before the package is shipped. All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm PST, will be shipped the following Monday. We print the labels and tracking when the order is packaged to ship. 

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS--We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.

TRACKING--We include tracking on all packages. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email to the address provided to us. Please check your SPAM FOLDER if you do not see an email from us. Tracking numbers will be sent out after orders have been processed and are packaged. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking info to be updated, as the postal service sometimes is delayed.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS--Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. There will be ABSOLUTELY no address changes once an order is placed. This is for our protection as well as yours. If the package is returned to us, an additional shipping fee will be added for re-mailing. If we can not reach you, a refund will be issued (minus shipping and restocking fee).

INSURED PACKAGES--First Class Shipping are packages that weigh < 1lb. and DO NOT include insurance. Priority Shipping are packages that weigh > 1lb., and are insured through USPS up to $100 if they are LOST ONLY. Does not cover stolen packages that have a tracking number that shows "Delivered." Original Six Designs DBA the Glitter Shoppe will NOT replace packages that are damaged/lost/stolen.

 

DELIVERY TIME--USPS Priority is NOT a guarantee of delivery time per USPS, only an estimate. For any issues please contact your local USPS office. 

 

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED/NON-DELIVERED PACKAGES--Once the order is packaged, labels are printed and product ships from our premises, Original Six Designs DBA the Glitter Shoppe is NOT responsible for the USPS actions, delays, lost, or stolen packages. Any questions or concerns regarding your package should be directed to USPS customer service line at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

 

FREE SHIPPING--Original Six Designs DBA the Glitter Shoppe reserves the right to ship the package in the most economical manner. FREE Shipping is shipped via USPS.
